Refunds

We don't offer refunds. Try Paveo before you pay for it instead.

Try it first

Developer is free: every rule, on your own machine, for up to two agents per policy, with no card and no account. That is how to find out whether Paveo fits your agents before paying anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It isn't renewed, and your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the free plan applies: every rule keeps enforcing, the first two agents keep working, and any past two are refused until you renew.

Where the law says otherwise

Where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a purchase and be refunded, that right applies and this policy does not limit it. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles any refund request under its buyer terms.
